Genomic Epidemiology of SARS-CoV-2: Canada & Ontario

January 15, 2021January 15, 2021 agmcarthur

In collaboration with our colleague Dr. Finlay Maguire (Dalhousie University) and as part of our ongoing work for Ontario’s COVID-19 Genomics Rapid Response Coalition and the Canadian COVID Genomics Network, we are now hosting the official data builds for genomic epidemiology of SARS-CoV-2 for Canada & Ontario at the Nextstrain SARS-CoV-2 resources. This work is possible due to a donation of computational hardware from Cisco Systems Canada specifically for genomic profiling of SARS-CoV-2 and builds upon work with the Coronavirus Genotyping Tool.
